The information on this site is general guidance about slab leaks. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection. A warm floor, a damp wall, or a moving meter can have more than one cause, and only an on-site visit with testing can point to the cause in your home.

Do not act on a page alone when a leak may be active. If you see water where it should not be, shut off the main valve to your home if you know how, and reach out to us or to a local plumber. Reading a page does not replace having someone look at the leak in person.

Contact Form Use

You may use the contact form to ask about a leak, to request a visit, or to ask a question. Give us true details, and keep your message short and clear. Tell us your name, a way to reach you, your city, and what you noticed.

Do not send account numbers, passwords, or other sensitive details through the form. Do not use the form to send spam, threats, or messages that break the law. We may ignore messages that abuse the form.

No Promises About Outcomes

We do not promise a specific outcome for any home. Every leak is different, and the right fix depends on the pipe, the slab, the soil, and what testing shows on site. We will tell you what we found and what we plan to do, but we cannot promise a result before we test.

We do not promise that any contractor listed or named on this site will do any particular work, and we do not stand behind work we did not perform.
